PAYMENT PLANS
You have to request for a payment plan either in writing or verbally to Judge Barbara Stafford or the City Attorney, Patrice Carrington.
Payment Plan fees
$25.00 Before Jan 1, 2020
$15.00 On or after Jan 1, 2020
Each violation that is placed on a payment plan will receive the proper payment plan fee. If you pay the citation by 30 days, the payment plan fee (which is now called time reimbursement fee) will be taken off.
Defendant has an option of making payment arrangements on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd,4th Tuesday of the Month. Payments may be made weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
